Ayana Shimizu is a young musician from Hokkaido prefecture, Japan. Throughout her whole life, Ayana has found that she best expresses her emotions and feelings through her instrument. Her sentiment seems to breathe an astonishing life into her playing.
Enter Kazumi Mizugaki; childhood friend of Ayana. Kazumi has been by Ayana's side since the very beginning, and was even the person who got Ayana into playing music in the first place.
When Ayana is accepted into a prestigious performing-arts school in The United States, she realizes that she must do what is best for her future despite the difficulties of leaving her best friend behind.
Despite the heartbreaking nature of their situation, the two are determined to make the best of their final moments together. Even if it is only- ..."For a Little While."
"...For a Little While" illustrates the final memories shared between Ayana and Kazumi, and is my personal tribute to the music of visual novel, anime, and other narrative-based media.

This project is a celebration of you, your loved ones, and the memories you share together. A celebration of all the little things in life.
A celebration of the importance of making memories, because when the people you love are long gone- memories are all that will remain.
